Apply for a Northern Ireland Electoral Identity Card
Use this service to apply for an Electoral Identity Card. The card is for voting in person at elections in Northern Ireland.
You must be aged 18 or over and already registered to vote before applying.

What you will need
- your current registered voting address
- a recent digital photograph
- your Electoral Office Digital Registration Number
- your National Insurance number
